For those who love the look of foils, check out our Textile Foils! We have a huge selection of full-color foils, as well as unique holographic and pattern foils. Foil transfers can be a valuable asset for any t-shirt designer who wants an eye-catching element in their designs.
Foils are part of a two-step process that requires laying down an adhesive product first before adhering. We have one plotter-cut adhesive that these Textile Foils are compatible with: HotMelt.

If you’re using this product for the first time or trying a new garment, it’s always best to test on an inconspicuous area or spare garment before applying final production.
Application Instructions - HotMelt™ (SMCCH-100)
45° Blade with low very pressure.
Cut this material into a mirror image with smooth side down.
300° F
Medium Pressure
5 seconds
Peel hot.
Application Instructions - Textile Foils
PRESSURE
Place foil over Hotmelt, cover with PTFE Sheet, and press for 10 seconds. Rub with cloth, let cool completely, then peel.
Wash inside-out, cold water, gentle cycle, and line dry. Not suitable for dry-cleaning.
