These films consist of very small glass beads embedded in a layer of polyester film to reflect almost all the light that shines on them. The RD Series has a slightly sticky carrier.

Application Instructions

IT'S BEST TO TEST!

If you’re using this product for the first time or trying a new garment, it’s always best to test on an inconspicuous area or spare garment before applying final production.

for 300 Series and Chameleon Reflective Black

CUTTING 60° Blade with slow cutting speed.

MIRRORING Cut this material into a mirror image.

TEMPERATURE 300°F

PRESSING
Firm Pressure

TIMING
8 seconds

PEELING
Peel HOT! Wait 2 seconds then peel.

WASHING
Wash inside-out, warm water, normal cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry low heat. NOT suitable for dry-cleaning or steam cleaning. Do not iron directly onto the reflective vinyl.

for RMSK & 200 Series

BLADE – 60°, slow cutting speed

CUT ORIENTATION – Mirror image

TEMP – 320° F

PRESSURE – Firm, even

TIME – Prepress garment for 5 seconds, then press material for 3-5 seconds

PEEL – Warm, cover with PTFE and repress for 10-15 seconds, let cool then remove PTFE

CARE – Wash inside out. Warm water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low heat. Dry-cleaning ok.
