Add a fun chalk-ready surface to any cotton, poly, or uncoated nylon fabric. It presses on fast just like ThermoFlex® Turbo and will show off any writing done in chalk until you wipe it away.

Application Instructions

IT'S BEST TO TEST!

If you’re using this product for the first time or trying a new garment, it’s always best to test on an inconspicuous area or spare garment before applying final production.

For Cotton, Polyester, and Cotton/Polyester Blends

CUTTING
45° Blade

MIRRORING
Cut this material into a mirror image.

TEMPERATURE
270° F

PRESSING
Medium Pressure

TIMING
5 seconds

PEELING
Peel warm.

WASHING
Wash inside-out, normal settings. Do not exceed 212° F in the dryer. Suitable for dry-cleaning.

LAYERABLE?
Yes

For nylon

TEMPERATURE
300° F

PRESSING
Low Pressure

TIMING
Pre-press garment for 5 seconds, press material for 5 seconds.

PEELING
Peel warm, cover with a silicone sheet and repress for 10 seconds.

WASHING
Turn inside-out, wash warm, regular cycle, mild detergent. No bleach. Tumble dry normal. Do not iron material. Suitable for dry-cleaning.
