FashionFlex® is preprinted HTV in popular patterns that add imaginative fun and character to your custom designs.

Carbon Fiber and Brown Leather are gravure printed for a textured look and feel.

The PU PERF options have actual perforated holes through the material. The color of what’s underneath will show through these small circular holes for a fun unexpected design element!

You can use FashionFlex® films with our ThermoFlex® and other fashion lines to add value and depth to your designs.

Application Instructions

IT'S BEST TO TEST!

If you’re using this product for the first time or trying a new garment, it’s always best to test on an inconspicuous area or spare garment before applying final production.

CUTTING
45° Blade

MIRRORING
Cut this material into a mirror image.

TEMPERATURE
Brown Leather:
325°-340° F
Carbon Fiber:
315°-330° F

PRESSING
Firm Pressure

TIMING
Brown Leather:
12-15 seconds
Carbon Fiber:
17-20 seconds

PEELING
Brown Leather:
Peel cold
Carbon Fiber:
Peel warm, repress for 2 seconds

WASHING
Wash inside-out with cool water and tumble dry.
